GAINESVILLE, FL — In a move that shocked absolutely no one, a Florida man decided that if he couldn’t test drive a $129,000 BMW M4 CS, he would simply become the test drive—by crashing his Hyundai SUV straight into the dealership.

The Setup: When Credit Scores Attack

Kevin Alexander Leiman, 20, walked into BMW of Gainesville with big dreams and, apparently, a credit score that screamed “Absolutely not.” According to reports, he was denied a test drive of the sleek M4 CS after failing the dealership’s credit check—a standard practice unless you’re a billionaire or a professional car thief.

But Kevin? Kevin wasn’t having it.

The Meltdown: From Zero to Florida Man in 60 Seconds

After being told “Sorry, no joyride for you,” Kevin allegedly tried to grab the keys like he was playing a high-stakes game of Grand Theft Auto: Dealership Edition. When that failed, he stormed out to his Hyundai SUV (because irony is delicious) and sat there, presumably plotting his villain origin story.

Then, like a scene straight out of Fast & Furious: Gainesville Drift, he circled the dealership before sending his Hyundai through the showroom window in what we can only assume was his audition for “Florida’s Worst Driver.”

The Aftermath: A Tale of Glass, Regret, and Felonies

Once inside (because breaking and entering wasn’t dramatic enough), Kevin searched frantically for the M4 keys—because if you’re going to commit felonies, you might as well go for the luxury sports car, right? Sadly for him, the keys remained elusive, and he fled on foot—only to be caught by police shortly after.

Now, Kevin faces grand theft auto and criminal mischief charges, plus a $60,000+ bill for damages. And let’s be real—if he couldn’t pass a credit check, how’s he gonna pay that off?

The Lesson: Maybe Just Buy a Hot Wheels Next Time

This whole saga could’ve been avoided if Kevin had just accepted that sometimes, life says no. But no—he chose chaos. And for that, we salute him as the latest inductee into the Florida Man Hall of Fame.
