Oh, Florida Man. Never change.

Meet Corey Ferrand, 23, the Palm Coast legend who managed to cram an entire season of Cops into one chaotic evening. This guy didn’t just have a bad night—he turned it into a full-blown crime spree, complete with bar fights, stolen tip jars, and a failed escape on a bicycle.

Act 1: The Bar Crawl of Shame

It all started at Scruffy’s, where Ferrand apparently decided that polite conversation was overrated. Deputies booted him for being a nuisance, but like a true Florida Man, he wasn’t done yet. He rolled up to Cue Note Billiards, where witnesses say he kicked doors, harassed the bartender, and got into a literal bar fight.

When deputies arrived, Ferrand tried to flee—on a bike. Spoiler: He didn’t get far.

Act 2: The Xanax Surprise

During his arrest, deputies found Ferrand packing more than just bad decisions—he had a stash of Xanax. So now, in addition to being that guy at the bar, he was also facing drug charges. Bond was set at a cool $1,250, but Ferrand wasn’t done making poor life choices.

Act 3: The Midnight Snack Heist

While Ferrand was busy getting arrested, detectives were reviewing surveillance footage from The Honey Baked Ham Company, where someone had smashed a window and swiped $400 from the register and the tip jar. (Seriously, dude? Stealing from a tip jar? That’s just rude.)

Turns out, the burglar was none other than our favorite Florida Man, still rocking the same gray t-shirt and sweatpants from his earlier escapades.

Act 4: The Bond Betrayal

Just as Ferrand was about to post bond and walk free, deputies hit him with the ultimate plot twist: “Surprise! You’re also a burglar!” Now he’s sitting in jail on a $30,000 bond, facing charges that include:

  • Disorderly intoxication (classic)
  • Xanax possession (allegedly)
  • Burglary (of a ham shop, no less)
  • Petty theft (because stealing from a tip jar is a special kind of low)

Sheriff Rick Staly summed it up best: “This guy went from nuisance to felon in record time.”

And that, folks, is how you turn a night out into a three-act crime drama. Stay classy, Florida.
